Where Do We Ship?
We ship to Egypt and 28 international destinations including the UAE, USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and more.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Ready Products: 3โ7 business days.
- Customized Products: 21โ30 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
